Dr. Kline provides forensic psychological assessments for attorney's in Missouri and the Midwest. Dr. Kline can perform evaluations in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Kentucky. These assessments focus on issues such as Competency to Stand Trial, Mental State at Time of Criminal Offense, Diminished Capacity, Sexually Violent Predator Risk Evaluations, Disability Determinations, Workplace Violence, Guardianship, and other issues.
Dr. Kline is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Missouri. He has received his training and experience in Forensics working as a Certified Forensic Examiner with the State of Missouri's Department of Mental Health.
The foundation for Dr. Kline's Forensic work is his extensive experience as a clinical psychologist. Dr. Kline worked for 8 years as a clinical psychologist at Mid Missouri Mental Health Center, a State owned and operated acute care psychiatric hospital. It was in this facility that Dr. Kline received intensive experience working a wide variety of challenging psychiatric disorders.
In addition, to his private practice Dr. Kline is now employed as a forensic and clinical psychologist at Fulton State Hospital, a long term, state owned and operated psychiatric facility. Fulton State Hospital is a 500 bed forensic facility that provides Maximum Security, Intermediate Security, and Minimum Security treatment for forensic clients committed through Missouri's Probate and Criminal Courts. At Fulton State Hospital he performs assessments as a Certified Forensic Examiner.
